HOPE’S LOVE STORY
Our gorgeous “Angelic Bride” is Hope. In a beautiful love story, Hope married her man Matt.
Hope and Matt were introduced via a mutual friend, who had been trying to set them up for a while. They began messaging and decided to meet up for a coffee, and love blossomed. They have been together for 6 years now. Talk about true love!
The Proposal! Matt wanted it to be perfect. They were at Lake Tekapo in New Zealand. After driving around till nearly dark, Matt finally pulled up in a perfect spot by the lakefront. Hope had started to suspect something, and as she turned around, he was on one knee. So romantic! Except Matt smashed his knee on a rock, making the proposal even more memorable for this lovely couple.
Angelic Bridal was the very first Bridal Store Hope visited, and the exquisite Sasha gown was the very first gown that Hope tried on, in her journey to find the perfect dress for her special day. After going to 9 other bridal shops, Hope could not stop thinking about that first dress. The stunning details, the gorgeous luxe lace and the glorious shape, hugging Hope in all the right places. This was the gown she knew she was going to be married in and it looked amazing on her.
The Wedding! Hope and Matt were surrounded by family and friends, some who travelled from as far away as Perth and America to share their Wedding Day with them. Their ceremony was at the beautiful Roma Street Parklands on a rainy Brisbane day. The perfect location to say, “I DO”. The guests loved all the umbrellas in the park because of the rain. Such a delightful addition to the day!
Special Moments! Matt wrote Hope the most beautiful message in the morning that made her cry.
Highlights of the Wedding! Matt cried when Hope walked down the aisle which was so special and something she will never forget. What more could you want? Amazing speeches which left the guests in stitches, and great food, were also fabulous highlights of the Reception, which was held at Darling and Co.
Offering Words of Wisdom to Future Brides! Hope would like to share that “Something will always go wrong, or not according to plan… Learn to go with the flow and don’t focus on it, otherwise it will get you down”
