There are no rules to when you should start shopping to “find the one”. Of course, the earlier the better as dresses can take up to 6 months for re-order.
Generally, it can take anytime from 4-6months for dresses to arrive. We can do sooner via a rush fee or if in stock with our supplier. We do sell of the rack also making this an option.
It is important to us to give each of our brides an “one on one” bridal shopping experience, which means appointments are preferred.
Walk ins are welcome on the days we are open, although if we are with a bridal appointment we do ask if your able schedule an appointment for a time suitable.
Generally Appointments are between 1 and 1.5 hours.
We encourage you to wear a supportive bra and good underwear for a better look and fit. This helps you with the process of wedding gown shopping and enables you to have a better visual of the gown. Shoes are also a good idea, even if it’s just for the height.
We do realise that having a large number of family and friends are supportive during this process although we do prefer to have a minimum of 5 including yourself. Should there be a large number please let us know so we can try to accommodate.
We have gowns instore to try generally from 4-28 although this is subject to styles available at the time of your appointment as we sell off the rack.
Our gowns are also reorderable in sizes available from 2-30 upon order.
No our gowns are standard stock sizes although we do offer a custom design service depending on the gown.
No. Alterations are with an independent seamstress and are an extra cost incurred to you.
A 50% deposit to order your gown is required on order. Balance can be paid via a payment plan should you need or the balance is required in full upon arrival of your gown.
Yes. We have parking at the front of the store.
